The complete procedure
Registration is only the first step. No candidate is promised a job before the vacancy, employer, partner, eligibility and official process are verified.

Explain duties, salary, benefits, working conditions, location and selection criteria without false promises.
Collect only necessary information, confirm interest and protect personal documents and privacy.
Interview, reference checks where appropriate, role matching and clear communication of results.
Assess practical ability, language, work attitude and any lawful medical or fitness requirement.
Domestic skills, safety, rights, cultural awareness, financial literacy, digital communication and emergency contacts.
Provide a written contract in a language the worker understands and verify duties, wage, rest, accommodation, leave and duration.
Complete approvals, visa, insurance where required, document checks and travel only through official procedures.
Confirm safe arrival, authorised reception, employer handover and scheduled welfare contact after placement.
Maintain reporting channels, support lawful dispute handling, contract completion or renewal, repatriation and reintegration.
Do not pay unofficial brokers or send passport, national ID, bank or medical details through the first website or WhatsApp registration. ZAYA will request official documents only after a verified opportunity and through an authorised process.
This pathway is informed by Tanzania's revised pre-departure orientation and domestic-worker curriculum, the ILO Fair Recruitment Principles and current official requirements in each destination country.
