2. Information you choose to provide

Depending on the form you use, we may receive:

• your name, phone number, email address and location;
• training interests, preferred learning option and organisation;
• job interests, vacancy references, qualifications, experience, skills and a CV you choose to attach in WhatsApp; or
• Gulf employment interests, preferred destination, domestic-work role, experience, languages and passport readiness status (not a passport number);
• an employer’s organisation, contact person and recruitment requirements.

Please do not send national identification numbers, passport details, bank information, health information or other unnecessary sensitive data through these forms.

3. How the website forms work

The registration forms on this website do not save a copy of your information on the website. When you submit, the website prepares a message and opens WhatsApp for you to review and send. WhatsApp then processes the message under its own terms and privacy practices. You may choose not to send the message.

The confirmation shown on the website means only that your message was prepared; ZAYA receives it after you press Send in WhatsApp.

4. Why we use your information

We use the information you send only for relevant business purposes, including to:

• respond to a training registration or enquiry;
• consider a job seeker or process an application for a relevant, verified opportunity;
• respond to an employer’s recruitment or workforce request;
• communicate about the service you requested; and
• meet applicable legal, regulatory and record-keeping duties.

Job-seeker registration does not guarantee employment, interview or placement.

5. Sharing and access

Access is limited to authorised ZAYA personnel who need the information to handle your request. Where necessary for a genuine recruitment process, we may share relevant candidate information with a verified prospective employer, with an appropriate basis and communication to the candidate. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received and for applicable legal or business-record requirements. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed about our use of your data, request access or correction, ask for deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the details below and tell us enough to identify the relevant request.
